Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
Welcome back to the 2018-2019 School Year! We have attached the required documents that MUST BE COMPLETED before school starts on August 8, 2018. The attached documents include the; Meal Application and After School All-Stars Application. To ensure each grade level submits their documents prior to the first day of school we have set-up appointment times for each grade level. You must attend the appointment time listed below. Failure to attend will result in an enrollment delay for your student’s classes.
Required Documents Appointments:
Tuesday, July 10: 9th Grade: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesday, July 11: 10th Grade: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Thursday, July 12: 11th Grade: 9:00 am –12:00 pm
Friday, July 13: 12th Grade: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
1) July 30th and July 31st- Uniform Shirt Distribution (1 Free Shirt)/ Uniform Shirt Sale (2 limited):
Price: $15.00 (each shirt)- cash only, we don’t accept bills over $50.
- 9th and 10th Grade - July 30th: 9am-12pm
- 11th and 12th Grade - July 31st: 9am-12pm
2) August 8th- First Day of School
3) September 6th- Back to School Night: 4pm-6pm
