Ms. Lopez received her bachelors degree in criminal justice at the California State University of Los Angeles. She started working with the re-entry population as a case manager/advocate and decided to pursue her masters degree in social work. Ms. Lopez obtained her maters degree in social work in 2021 and started working at Simon Tech in January of 2022. Ms. Lopez role as a school social worker includes providing students with mental health support, counseling and providing resources as needed.
