Hello Huskies!
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, and I am the eldest of four brothers. I am a former student of Simon Tech (I was a student of both Mr. Kirchner and Mrs. Reynoso-Jimenez at one point!); I graduated from Simon Tech in 2017 and shortly thereafter began my work to attain a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. I graduated from UCI in 2021 after innumerable sleepless nights combined with busy shifts at Disneyland. All of this culminated towards my opportunity to join the faculty here at Simon Tech and I hope to transition into a teaching role in due time! That being said, now I want to share a few things about myself that aren't as serious in nature!
I currently live in Long Beach with my wife Nelly and our three month old daughter Marceline, both of whom I love dearly. Some of my hobbies include going out with my family on the weekends, playing the guitar, collecting band shirts, and watching movies. I love to talk about music, film, and literature so if you ever want recommendations or to just make conversation - I'm always all ears!
I hope to become more acquainted with everyone, staff and scholars alike, as the year progresses, and I aspire to instill many of the important values of social justice, progressiveness, and equity that were imparted to me during my time at Simon Tech.
